As always, the day before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a call to confirm your appointment unless you have opted in to receive text message reminders.
The day of your scheduled appointment, please follow these steps…
10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Click on your doctor’s name below:
- Click “check-in”, enter your name, and then click “check-in” again.
The system will let Dr. Bellah know you are in the waiting room and ready to be seen. At the end of the appointment, your medications will be called or faxed directly to your pharmacy.
